When the investor requires; investments are purchased and held partially or fully by our investors/clients while projects are completed (Purchase, rehab, marketing and selling of the asset). This decreases risk to the investor and promotes a mutual trust relationship. Most other companies will not allow investors to hold ownership but rather issue "paper stock" that can loose its value.

Our project team and architect conduct initial due diligence and pre-feasibility assessment in-house and present findings to our under-writers to gauge interest. We only move forward if value is identified. This approval process and investment qualifications criteria provides cost efficiencies and allows us to identify more opportunities to present to our existing investors and signed clients.
