INCOME FOCUS

 

Our income focus is two-fold. 

 

1) Build a portfolio of properties that allow for both short and long-­term investment value growth.

 

2) We provide cashflows from maintaining a rental and lease portfolio to secure cashflows for investors. 

 

Investment and growth strategy will be attained through:

 

A) Development of a REIF (Real Estate Investment Fund) that guarantees investors returns from 12% to 15% depending on investment amount (distributions quarterly on long term investments);

B) Forming and retaining alliances with qualified investors and offer JV opportunities on Development projects.
